Why six figures?

It just has a ring to it, doesn’t it? It’s just and idea that attracts people. It’s a benchmark to set as a goal, a target to shoot for. But I didn’t pick this number arbitrarily, or for marketing reasons. I picked it because my current personal income target is in the six figures (somewhere between 100,000 and 999,999!)
My goal with this blog is to post the ideas I see others using to get there (and beyond), and what I’m doing right now in my own business(es) to get there too.
But of course you might not need to make six figures to be happy, secure and self-employed. I’m assuming you’ll find some value in picking up a few new ideas to increase your income, in whatever amount you choose. So what’s your goal?
